Amanda is extremely well educated and easy to work with. She focuses on long term solutions for nutrition, not just a fad diet. I like that she looks at bloodwork and gives specific recommendations based on you as an individual. It is helpful to have someone look at the core issues around weight gain and metabolism and not just offer suggestions in a cookie cutter way. I enjoy her style and highly recommend her.

Amanda has been a tremendously positive and friendly guide in the evolution of my eating and nutrition habits. From our first meeting to discuss my goals and my general overall health, Amanda has been knowledgeable, understanding, gentle and flexible. She understands that there is not one plan which works for everyone. Her approach is not to make up rules and give you a list of restrictions, but to gently guide you into working better nutrition and sustainable habits into your lifestyle. Each step of the way Amanda encouraged my efforts and applauded my creativity and sensitively helped me when I got stuck. Throughout the seven months of consultation with Amanda, I definitely feel her approach and her flexible inclusive programs are excellent value and offer plans for getting started and for maintaining the coaching and accountability.

I have been using Amanda's nutritional support services for about 6 months now and I feel great! She has helped me to understand my nutritional goals better since really, we aren't really taught that. My supplements are keeping me balanced and healthy. Amanda does an amazing job at helping each individual find what's right for them as far as nutrition. I love the fact that she isn't about giving anything up but incorporating "real life" scenarios into a healthy lifestyle while teaching why a person might want to choose something over something else. She really knows her stuff and is excellent at helping others achieve their wellness goals.
