  Watts Heating & Cooling is simply fabulous and top notch! The team is very professional, responsive and sharp. ... Luke showed up for our appointment on time and clearly demonstrated a thorough knowledge of HVAC systems in general and our HVAC specifically. The front office staff is amazing...Bobbie and her team have been very kind, professional and accommodating to our busy work and personal schedules. We have scheduled another service with Watts to provide preventative maintenance on our HVAC unit before the winter months approach. When it comes to our HVAC, we have clearly found our vendor of choice...Watts Heating & Cooling!

  I just wanted to say how overwhelmed and thrilled I am with the customer service you deliver. Luke, Barry, Josh, Keenan and all of the ladies in your office were friendly and knowledgable. They all delivered 110% of what I was expecting. I give you 5 star, A+ rating and would recommend you to anyone looking for either furnace repair or replacement. Thank you so very much! Tell your team they do an outstanding job. I was also impressed with your apprenticeship program and fund raising for Gladstone sports.   Watts has incredible scheduling and office service to start. Very nice and answer questions that any home owner would have. Tanner came out and inspected our furnace and AC unit. Extremely thorough. Spent well over 3 hours cleaning machines, explaining every part to me and was extremely clean at the end. Wire brushed every small component and did a great fix for us for great price. Asked before he did any of the recommendations and explained which ones were necessary and which ones could wait. We will ONLY be going to Watts with all our AC and heat needs in future. Fine with paying a little higher for trustworthy and quality. Still good pricing.

  ... Totally impressed with the service person, Aaron. He was polite, non-pushy and took his time to make sure it was right!
  It wasn't what the original company said and we were able to get it scheduled on Tues the 27th. Luke was our service person this time. Awesome, not only got it running but also found out that there was a missing filter!! Would confidently recommend this local, family owned business with great work ethics!!

  The first hot day and when we turned the AC on it didn't work. I called Watts who we had used in January to fix our furnace and who's service we thought was friendly and professional. Tanner came out today and quickly determined the issue was related to the work done in January (a loose connection) and fixed it at no charge. I so appreciate the honesty, professionalism and the friendly service with a smile.
