  Great reliable service. We've been with Wags since the summer of 2013. It's very easy to reschedule/cancel up to 24hr in advance without getting billed for it. Embarrassingly, they do clean up if our pups leave a mess in the house. Over the years, Wags has changed to a different online pet portal system. Since May 2017, we get emails and texts (with pictures) of the pups' walks. It's a nice update that helps break up the workday for us.

  I found Wags by a google search and so glad I did when I had a last minute business trip and needed my 2 fur babies to be watched. I filled out the application on a Friday, Megan came by on Saturday to go over everything and that Tuesday/Wednesday they were taking care of the dogs. They recently started a new pet portal where owners get updates each time a team member comes to the home to take care of the pets. They take pics and let you know about the visit. I thought it was the cutest thing! I opted for the $45/day option where they come 3x per day for 20 minutes. You do have the option to increase the amount of time they spend. They also don't charge for multiple pets. I would highly recommend Wags if your pet(s) need care while you are away!
