  Great fast service, amazing price and outstanding customer service! My macboook pro was giving me major issue, and Carsten found the problem with my graphics card and fixed the problem asap! Not only is he knowlegable and professional but he is one of the nicest people you ever want to meet. It was a pleasure doing buiness with him and i plan on coming back for any other problems i have with any of my electronic devices! I definitely recommend him and thanks Carsten for being a great, amazing and wonderful guy!!!!

  Spilled red wine all over my macbook air. The wine sat almost 24 hours before I took it to Carsten. He was able to repair the liquid damage and replace the keyboard within a few hours for a very reasonable price. He communicated with me throughout the entire process. My laptop is working perfectly. Thank you for the great service!

  Carsten was professional, easy to work with, and his pricing is fair. He got my computer in and out in just a couple of hours while all of the Mac Repair shops and dealers needed several days. He will be my go-to for all my Apple needs for my business.

  I needed my MacBook Pro retina screen replaced and needed it quickly. Most quoted me a week or 4 days. I was very impressed with this business. He got my mac fixed within the hour and was much more inexpensive than any other quote I got. He knows macs very well and has great customer service. I highly recommend this business.

  My mid-2010 MacBook Pro was dead in dark corner of my house for over a year. While looking for a replacement it dawned on me it could possibly be brought back to life. Carsten was able to magically combine parts from my MBP, a 2009 MBP, upgraded HD, upgraded RAM and a new battery to create literally a brand new computer for a fraction of the cost.
