  ... I LOVE the fact that I am able to make an appointment and contact them online because I hate having to make the time to sit on the phone. When I arrived I was instantly greeted , despite the fact that other customers were being assisted. Making the appointment online also expedited the paperwork process and insurance lookup so that all was a breeze. I saw Dr. Alfaro and she was amazing. She has an excellent bedside manner and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Alfaro and the rest of the staff there are also great at working with you and your budget when figuring out what glasses and extras you need/want. My family will definitely be coming here for our eye exams, glasses, and contacts and I highly recommend you do the same!

  I came in close to the end of the day, but at no time during the visit did I feel rushed or hurried.
  
  Dr. Alfaro spent a great deal of time explaining to me the ins and outs of my eyes. By running a couple of simple diagnostic tests, she was able to tell me what my eyes looked like "behind the scenes". She noticed there was recent irritation in my eyes and gave me her recommendations on some new contacts (my eyes are less dry and irritated now!). My visit ended close to 6:30pm, past their usual close time of 6:00pm, but Dr. Alfaro asked if I wanted to check out their new frames. ...

  First time going here and it was one of best experiences at an eye doctor I have ever had! And I have been going to eye doctors dealing with glasses/contacts since I was 9 yrs. old. First off the place is very nice and clean which is a plus. They used high tech equipment which I haven't seen at my previous doctor ot and I really enjoyed it. They are so patient and understanding with great personalities. And for the doctor she's wonderful! She was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. Left seeing clearer than I ever have. Found my new place for eye care!

  This optometrist office is a... sight for sore eyes - *laughs at own joke*. I thought all eye doctors had to sign an agreement to have stale outdated spaces, but Vision Source Westview is the polar opposite of what I'm used to! The modern interior looks like something put together by HGTV, and the new equipment looks like something out of Big Hero 6. The staff is incredibly sweet and patient. Putting up with my constant appointment changes and indecisiveness in choosing frames is not an easy task, and for that I commend them. ...

  Definitely a 5 star experience. I've worn glasses/contacts for over 15 years and been to many optometry offices, had many eye exams. This tops all of my experiences.
  
  I was greeted with nothing but smiles and sincerity. Dr. Alfaro knew exactly when to expect me and had everything lined up waiting for me. The office has state of the art technology and have a very modern yet cozy feel. There's a cute little nook where kids can come and read books, play or watch TV while their parents get their exams done - I thought that was super neat! ...

  Definitely coming back and making this my primary doctor for eye exam. Came in when i saw the grand opening sign after shopping at kroger. I was never disappointed because the customer service was great. Everything was explain in details to and all my questions were answered. They even had a small room for my kid to sit and play while I get my exam.
