I have an older but high-quality 3-drawer lockable cabinet that I got from a family member but they had no keys. The lock face code did not help in finding replacement keys on the internet, so I brought it to Chris at VKA; within a couple of days, he had re-keyed the unit and now my wife has a great lockable cabinet for her classroom - at LESS THAT COST of ordering keys had they been available! Trust the pros at VKA - and thank you Chris for your excellent work!

I called and needed locksmith assistance right away for urgent reasons. I was quite upset on the phone and they were kind and professional at Village Key and Alarm. They sent a locksmith to my mom's home in 1 hour. I appreciated the way they cared about the seriousness of my issue and that they put customers first. The locksmith was very nice and professional! I am glad that circumstances led me to them. If I ever need a locksmith or need to refer, I will always refer them! They are not only professional but dependable! Highly recommend them!
