One of the best decisions I have made was going to see Kylie! She is there for you every step of the journey. I have learned to turn my eating habits around and how to make healthy eating enjoyable. This last year my body has transformed to a weight that I am a lot more comfortable with and that makes me a happy person overall.

I first met with Kylie back in February, and started working with her in March, and I'm so glad I did. I came to a point where I just wanted to be healthy and feel good about myself and that's when I decided to do something. Kylie has helped me with eating better and staying really committed to my goals. Surely, I've had some ups and downs, but Kylie has been there to put it all in perspective and help me learn. I have always had an issue with staying committed and accountable when I've tried to lose weight in the past, but Kylie has really made all the difference this time around... -

Can't say enough good things about Kylie! Although at first I was a little hesitant about spending the money on myself, working with Kylie is one of the best investments I could have made.
