They had me when I walked in the door for the first time and had Martin House beer on tap and great tunes playing. Totally relaxed vibe with customers that come and go like old friends of the staff. My haircut was exactly what I was hoping for and my color touch up was perfect. Have next two appointments in the books.

I've been going to vertigo 12 for the last year or so and had the most incredible experience. Krystal Summers has done a great job with not only the cut, but she is amazing with color. ... I am very picky with my hair since I've had horrible experiences at other places and I fully trust her and Nolan.

It's easy to get to from anywhere in downtown. Enter the building from Ervay Street up to the 12th floor and..... prepare to be amazed.

This is a great place to grab a good beer and a great haircut. I have been going here for quite some time and find the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. There is a great selection of products and they show you how to use them.
This definitely isn't a salon you have been to before. The overall design, atmosphere and friendliness is second to none.
I've had my haircut by multiple stylists and never left unsatisfied. 5 stars!! -

Great atmosphere, service and people! They have an app for appointments so you can book online on your own time. They serve free draft beer if you would like one while you get your hair cut. The staff is super cool and knows how to almost do anything that will make you look great. They even have a selfie station so you can share the best pics of your new updo. As a bonus though since they are on the 12th floor of the building there is skyline views while you sip suds and get your updo done in high rise style.
