  Was looking for a cycling related gift and happened to stumble upon this place. Just ended up getting a Specialized/MASH water bottle. Even thought it was such a small purchase, my wife and I were treated nicely by the staff who were willing to help. If I was closer, I'd probably bring my bike here for service.

  Awesome experience helping me build up a bike from scratch. Super easy going and happy to walk me through some of the basics that I wasn't familiar with.

  Great service at a very reasonable cost. They were able to improvise a fix for a broken proprietary brake cable on a baby stroller.

  This place made me fall in love with biking all over again. Had not been on a bike since my cruiser got stolen decades ago. These folks will treat you with kindness and respect no matter what your skill level. And they will tune your bike to fit you in every possible way. I went there to check out some cool recumbent trikes, but ended up buying a Specialized Roll -- unlike any other bike out there. The store feels the same way -- unique. Plans are underway to make the shop even more fun and interesting. Velocipede is definitely worth a trip to Dogpatch.

  Great Bicycle Shoppe! Stumbled in while treading through the neighborhood, have been considering buying a bike and thought, why not? I was greeted warmly by Christian, an enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable associate who walked me through some of the highlights of the newest Bicycles by Specialized. His knowledge of content was extraordinary and he was happy to answer all my questions. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time for a test ride today, but trust and believe when I say,this is a very nice, low pressure store that makes you want to buy a new bike. High quality machines, excellent customer service, and a positive vibe for all who enter, this Shoppe is sure to last a long time. Did I mention free tune ups for the first year, and I bet you can even convince Christian to give you some insider tips and techniques to make your riding experience that much sweeter! Clearly a great choice for all your cycling needs. Check it out, you won't be sorry!

  I came in here after work the other day to replace my old Trek commuter bike. Bike shops can be pretty intimidating, especially for someone who doesn't know the difference between bike brakes, but the staff here were nice and helpful.
  
  Danny let me take a few bikes out for test rides and lent me a helmet. I was torn between two bikes but knew vaguely that I wanted the lightest bike I could get at that price point and that one bike felt lighter than the other, so Danny weighed them for me so we could make a data-driven decision! :) He also helped me put skewer locks on my bike. When he rang me up he put my skewer lock serial and bicycle serial into their system and also emailed me a digital copy of the receipt.
  
  Overall, I had a great experience and found the people here to be helpful, approachable, and chill. I never felt rushed into buying anything.
  
  Great addition to the neighborhood :) Now all we need is ARCH to come back... and a grocery store.
