I almost don't want to review the yoga at Vega because it seems like such a hidden gem I don't want to spoil it! I frequent Vega with ClassPass and it's my favorite yoga studio in the city. It's so great not to have to lug a mat on the train and have their awesome, slip-resistant mats available to use for free. The classes are so small you always get individual attention and have felt way more comfortable challenging myself in these classes since I know the instructor won't let me get hurt. Jessica and Kay are great teachers and have really great music as well. It's a little odd the first time you go and realize it's in a medspa, but once you're past that you take in the views and vibes and enjoy yourself.

I recently hosted a bachelorette party in the city for an out of town bride. I contacted Jacqui about attending a class and she arranged everything for us! Kat was an exceptional instructor & we couldn't have had a better time! HUGE thanks to Jacqui and Kat for being so thoughtful. Looking forward to my next visit!
