Came to my first Twerk class and right after Pole Dance class. I had two great instructors, Raven and Lauren. I really enjoyed and had fun. I really loved Ravens upbeat personality. I will definitely return.

We came here for my best friends bachelorette party. It was the first thing we did that day and it was a great start to an amazing weekend. Our instructor was Jessica and she was really patient and helpful. I honestly learned much more then I was expecting to. We had an amazing time and we loved you so much!

Went here for one of our activities during a bachlorette party weekend. It was the perfect way to break the ice and get all the girls in the mood for a good time. The space was cool (temp), clean and the lights were dimmed. Our instructor was so much fun, and such a good teacher. We had a blast... And we were all sore the next day from workin the pole :)

This place is awesome! Everyone is so nice and helpful and you just feel like part of the group. Great teachers! I will be taking all the classes at some point, for now it's pole fitness!

What a way to kick off a party weekend. I booked VAMPS dance for a bachelorette party (group of 6 ladies for a first time class) and I'm definitely glad I did.
The experience was great from start to finish. It was easy to get someone on the phone when I had questions, and the actual class was exciting and fun.
The space is intimate, about 4 poles. We paired up and used 3 of them and were able to cheer each other on. The routine was awesome as it is allowed us to feel sexy and it was perfect for beginners. Shelbi, our instructor, was fantastic. Her energy was infectious and we had a blast.
I would definitely recommend partying here!
