Having my breasts done by Dr. Rose was one of the best decisions I've ever made. He is truly an artist and a master at what he does, and I could not be more pleased with how my breasts turned out!

... After the surgery, I was more than thrilled with the results! I was amazed! I now had beautiful full breasts that were soft and looked so natural! Too beautiful to be real!! My new bra size was 34C or 34D depending on the bra.
... If you are thinking about getting your breasts done, Dr. Rose is the doctor to go to and the only doctor I would trust!! My friends joke that I have the most beautiful breasts in the world! Thank you Dr. Rose for doing an Amazing job! I couldn't be happier!!! -

I have lived in Europe and had facials and Botox in Europe and many places in the USA. Not only that but I was an aesthetician in my younger days. Therefore, I am somewhat of an expert and I can tell you that utopia spa is five stars! The exceptional facials by Lauren and Botox by Melanie are the best. I really like the Fire and Ice facial treatment. Melanie's Botox application is perfect. The employees are friendly and professional. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Kudos to Utopia Plastic Surgery & MedSpa! On a daily basis, I am complimented on my skin. Over the past 6 months I have received several laser treatments, dermaplane, skin pen procedures and injections. I am so thrilled with the results. Melanie is by far the best injector out there. Her knowledge, experience and professionalism is bar non. If you want to feel confident in your skin, (pun intended) I highly recommend making an appointment with Melanie and/or Lauren. Their in-house makeup and brow artist Cori Aston does outstanding work, she has totally transformed my eyebrows.

Shayla provided one of the best facials that included skin exfoliation and re-hydration, plus so much more. She also helped me design a skin regimen that I will actually follow. I am very pleased with the results and will be back for more treatments.

I will never go anywhere else. Dr. Rose and his staff are all very professional and they know what they are doing. Every single one of his employees is so kind and personable. I very much appreciate their honesty too. If a procedure will not work for you or would not look natural they will tell you. They are not just trying to make money they truly care about each one of their patients. I went to Dr. Rose for a breast reduction and from my first appointment with him I completely trusted him he's a great doctor. I would highly recommend Utopia Plastic Surgery and med spa to anybody.
