Representatives name was Lisa she really took her time to listen to my needs I had to do this was in 2 parts since my husband was staying behind to sell the house. She coordinated for the two separate move without a hitch. On the day of my move The driver was delayed due to traffic call me and let me he was running about 30 minutes behind. They showed up 20 minutes after I talk to him. It was a Mike Jose Danny were very very polite they moved they moved all of the item I wanted to include in the first part of the move to the living room and wrapped all of the furniture whith such professionalism. They also packed all my personal belongings these guys were amazing. I wish I could pack like that. ... -

I used this company twice for moving and storage our staff locally in St. Louis. I found the company to be very reliable and professionals. The team came on time and packed and loaded all my items very efficiently. All of my items showed up with no damages even after storage. I definitely recommend using this mover and I will NOT hesitate to call them again.

US Van Lines moved my house from Evansville IN to St Louis MO. Nothing was damaged or arrived broken from this move. This is the only mover I have used in five years that I did not have to file a claim due to damage. Both men were professional and great at their jobs. Thank you US Van Lines!!!

Since receiving my initial quote from U.S. Van Lines and receiving my household from Missouri to Florida, I received outstanding customer service! The quote I was given was very accurate, and when the drivers arrived, they came prepared, was very experienced and knowledgeable. What I really liked the most was the expedient delivery. I was given a window of time for up to 14 days, and my delivery came so fast, it was beyond my expectation! I would definitely use this company in the future. There were no hidden fees, no hidden costs and everything went smooth. My furniture arrived in the same condition that I left it. I would definitely refer my friends to this company and will definitely use this company in the future for my moving needs! Thanks U.S. Van Lines!!!
