  This business, run by Cassandra Bright, is one of the most welcoming and philosophically sound studios I have practiced at. Cassandra, a level 2 Baptiste yoga instructor, is working to combine the vibrations from her knowledge of essential oils in to her practice to heal and balance her clients. She is a true entrepreneur who is working to bring new aspects to Western yoga. I can certainly envision a new type of yoga philosophy called “Bright Yoga” coming into being!

  This yoga studio is the best I’ve ever been to! The teachers are extraordinary and watch closely to their students. I was new to Yoga and they made me feel welcome no matter what my skill level was. Now I have a group of friends and teachers! It’s a win, win!

  This studio has quickly become one of my favorite places in Colorado. I love all of the different classes they offer and all of the instructors. They keep it fun and challenging and I am growing as a yogi everyday thanks to all of them at the studio. My kids participated in the Kid's Camp and not only talk about it every day, they cannot wait to go back. I love the community those at UpRise are creating and so thankful to be a part of it. No matter where you are in your yoga practice, not only will they meet you there, they will help you grow it. So thankful and blessed for UpRise!

  Very warm and friendly studio.. there is an inviting feeling you get the moment you walk into the studio. The entire team is super helpful and empowering.. I am someone who had never done any Vinyasa yoga before, I was extremely intimidated until I walk through the door and my worries and concerns were put to ease. I have attended three classes so far and have felt refreshed, distressed, rejuvenated and empowered in my practice! I'd recommend Uprise Yoga for sure whether you are advanced in your practice or new to yoga the team here will take care of you.
