  Stephen is excellent! So knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He helped me through three inspections before finding the perfect one for me. He made the process easy for me- explaining things I didn’t understand (never bought a home before!) and explaining how things should work from his extensive first hand experiences in the industry. Highly recommend his services for home inspection!

  Steve was very quick to get out for our home inspection and while he was there he was very thorough and helped us to understand his findings!!!! He explained everything to us in terms we could understand and made us feel comfortable asking questions. I would recommend him to anyone I know needing a home inspection!!

  We were very pleased with Ultimate Property Inspections. Steve was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to quickly answer our questions about our new home purchase. We were able to negotiate with the sellers on a few electrical, air conditioning, and foundation problems that were not disclosed by the seller thanks to Steve's inspection. I would highly recommend his services.

  Called to get a quote. Very friendly and professional. Decided to give them a try. The report was very detailed and easy to read. I will use them again and would recommend Ultimate Property Inspections to anyone needing their home inspected.
