Joel has a fabulous selection of floors, but he also asks you questions to help zoom in on what you need. I ended up choosing a floor made in the USA, and after getting numerous quotes, and dealing with many flooring companies, I chose Joel, because not only did he come look at my space, but made intelligent recommendations. I could only enter one occupation, I chose studio, but Rosa does it all. She is a wonderful teacher, she does vacations, sponsors trainings, and runs a fabulous intimate studio. She is very personable and engages with her students. She is honest and loves to work with people.
