I had three quotes done on my furnace and A/C. NRG was my last quote and seem to be the only honest one by telling me that they could not give me an estimate by simply just looking from the outside, but would have to open it up and run tests to confirm what really needed to be done. Henry and his team confirmed that both the furnace and A/C units should be replaced. They gave me a great price that was even less expensive than the first quote.
