What a wonderful surprise! I had a power recliner that suddenly stopped working and I was referred to Furniture Care of Texas by the retailer for repair. Rather than charge me for a diagnostic visit ($135), the owner walked me through several steps to check to see if the connections under the recliner were secure. They were not obvious fixes, especially for me, so his time was extremely important to diagnose the problem myself. He also told me what to do if I found any of several points of failure. No charge for any of this. John was very clear that he didn't want to waste a trip or a service charge for something that often is a simple fix. Nice to know there are still people around like this!!!
