Dana Becker wants to help us know ourselves because when are healthy ​we can better serve the whole. She wants every person to know that when connected to our inner guidance, we are our own healer. She supports the deepening of that connection by providing a sanctuary where the community can come to relax and learn how to listen to what our individual bodies need to thrive. Abbie Chapman is a compassionate and knowledgeable instructor. Whether teaching 3 or 30 students she gives it her all. She adjusts every single person in class and her adjustments are awesome! Her classes are always different and her knowledge of yoga is endless. Everytime I leave her class I feel like I can conquer anything. If you are ever in the Phoenix, Scottsdale area you should definitely try to catch her class. Highly recommend! read more
