Andre, now the owner of Crossfit Mora, has been a fantastic crossfit coach for several years. He provides great support and has a gift in simplifying and breaking down technique to drive improvement. Robert was my strongman coach for my journey for almost 3 years. As a competitor, he understood what areas I needed to develop and worked to get me stronger and improve my technique to compete in all of the different events that a contest would call for. His programming revolved around constant feedback to continue to drive improvement without completely overloading. He has a great balance in his communication style to push you but not to a point where it would be detrimental to the athlete. I have the utmost respect for Robert and his skills as a coach. The programming continues to push everyone from novice to advanced athlete. All of the coaches are well trained and can tailor their approach to each athlete.
