Jared guided me safely back to climbing both before and after major surgery on my shoulder (for the record, I had a subacromial decompression, bicep tenodesis, and torn rotator cuff repair). Since I am in Massachusetts, he worked with me in tandem with my on-the-ground PT here. I have continued with the exercises I learned from him and have (fingers crossed), remain injury-free. read more
