I was using a receptionist service that came with my executive suite for about three years. Our office has four receptionists that answer phones for dozens of businesses and the quality of the service has been going down hill. I was missing calls, getting bad feedback from clients about "my" receptionist and having too many calls sent directly to voice mail instead of being transferred. Smith has been a huge upgrade. Very friendly receptionists, haven't missed a single call, and they filter out spam/sales calls. The service is outstanding- I highly recommend them.
