  The guys at Willow Glen Electric are really fantastic. After purchasing a new home, we had them out to do a quick survey of the existing electrical and install some new recessed lighting. Their guidance was spot on. They worked with us to select the best arrangement for our new lighting and discussed various pros and cons of different products. The final result of their work was extremely clean and exceeded our expectations. The entire team at Willow Glen Electric is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. We've since had them back to do additional lighting work which has always done to the same very high standards.

  Our house had multiple electrical problems. Lawrence came in identified the issues immediately. He was was very informative and very helpful. All the issues were fixed within two hours, and was well priced. I would recommend this company to anyone who has electrical issues, and ask for Lawrence!

  These guys are the go to guys to install NEMA 14-50 for Tesla. Following their online guideline, we emailed them a set of pictures. An electrician will come out to assess, after which a quote will be provided. Within matter of days, they will install and arrange for City inspection. The process really can't get any easier than this. Highly recommend.

  We contacted several companies for a quote on getting EV charger installed. A handful called back, but Willow Glen Electric is the only company that followed up, came on-site to help with measurement, checked electric panel and location BEFORE giving us a quote that is reasonable, and helped acquired the city permit after a clean and fast installation.
  
  They are experienced, trustworthy, and very friendly, no wonder they are on top of the Tesla approved electricians list!
  
  BTW, if any electrician is snobbish enough to say they will CHARGE you for a QUOTE, don't pay it. It simply means they don't want your business, move on.

  Worked with Matt over email to arrange installation of a Tesla wall charger. Highly responsive and I was happy I could take photos of the electrical panel, installation area, etc which made it possible to avoid having to have someone come out to physical survey/estimate. That saved some time and I was happy to see they can utilize photos and videos to save time on both sides. An online quote was provided (had the option of a 60A or 90A circuit) for review. As it turned out, I was able to quickly (the following week) get an installation appointment. The guys who came out were there on time, were super polite, clean and the installation looks great. Very professional. Only remaining item is the city inspection (of course all their work is done with permits) which should happen in the near future. I'll try to remember to update this review after that occurs. Outstanding job and very pleased with the results and the customer service so far.
  
  Update: inspection went great. WGE engineer came out early and waited for the city inspector. When all was done I had my permit. No hassle. Easy.

  We needed a NEMA 240V outlet for our Tesla and called them for a quote. Matt was very prompt and sent his folks to inspect the area and give me an estimate.
  
  They applied for the Cupertino City permit, and finished the installation very smoothly. We closed the pool and hence could use the 240V for the pool pump. The installation was well done inside the garage, and the actual electrical point was well positioned. The people that did the installation were extremely polite and professional.
  
  They coordinated the closing inspection, and came and completed that. I got a copy the same day.
  
  In all this, the things that impressed me and gave me peace of mind were:
  
  - Communication
  - Clear estimates with no hidden costs
  - Comprehensive - dealt with the city permit
  - High quality work.
  
  It was a true pleasure doing business with them, and would highly recommend them.

  Needed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for an electric car. Got several quotes, all recommended, and roughly around the same price range. What made be decided to go with Willow Glen Electric was I felt they truly understand my installation. Having a FaceTime conversation with Matt was key to help him understand the layout of the house such as circuit breaker, installation location, and attic space. In the end, they were the only electricians that felt there was a possibility to route the electrical wires entirely internally.
  
  On the day of installation, the electricians ran into unexpected barriers trying to route the wires in the attic. Originally, I was concerned they would give up and just install the wires externally, which would definitely be easier but they persisted and explored all options. After several hours, they were successful and installed the NEMA 14-50 outlet without the need for an external conduit or damaging walls. My NEMA 14-50 outlet looks as nice as all the other electrical outlets in my house.
  
  These guys are amazing and definitely highly recommended.

  Matt came highly recommended from others as the go-to person for EV (Electric Vehicle) charger installation. He handled everything from the recommendation of charger to getting the permit to doing the install. Went incredibly smoothly and we've had no problems.
