John was one more missing piece of the puzzle for our remodel. We didn't want a full $5000 down, 10% fee architect to just figure out a few ideas. John worked with us as a consultant (sadly a service he is no longer offering) to sketch out proper flow for our bedroom, master bath, and guest bath, and solved some very tough dilemmas we were having with just a pencil, paper, and a few back and forth emails. We are now moving forward with his ideas and thank him immensely. read more
