Core Power Yoga has not only given me a new perspective on yoga due to it's added physical endurance in a heated room, but they have worked with me personally to make my yoga dream come true! They are the only studio I found, (Shattuck Studio specifically), that was understanding and flexible enough to allow my teacher training to come into fruition. I was allowed a free week and loved them instantly! They are easy-going, the instructors are all so kind and wonderful to talk to, and their love for yoga is embodied in them every time I see them or enter one of their classes! Asha Yoga is a wonderful studio that brings the love of yoga, the taste of spirituality (without pressure to believe something specific), and the luxury of a bathhouse! This studio is so welcoming and organized; the people are so kind. They introduced me to the amazing practice of yin yoga and nidra - adding some Reiki spice to the mix. I recommend Angie because she took the liberty to create yoga for a community that is very underrepresented in the yoga community. And I believe that by having the courage to put your ideas out there, knowing the people you believe need yoga the most will most likely reject your methods, but you go for it anyway, is something to look up to.
