He is very knowledgeable and you can learn a lot from any conversation with him. He is particularly concerned with safety so you feel like you are in good hands and very secure when learning how to use equipment and climb. I've always felt safest with his instruction. The gym has some really talented setting, and they are expanding to include even more climbing. They do all sorts of events for members and the community. There were a couple times that I wanted to host events there and they were very open to it and willing to work with me. All the staff members are kind and friendly.
