Dr. Bonnevie and Kerri are a wonderful team at Tonawanda Pediatrics. My daughter has been seeing Kerri since she was 4 days old. Kerri is a certified lactation consultant and is willing to spend as much time as possible helping new moms. I have used their online portal to email non-emergency questions and I always get responses from Dr. Bonnevie within a few hours on business days. The office has early morning walk-in hours for sick patients and evening hours for scheduled appointments. Dr. Bonnevie and Kerri are both easy going and don't intimidate new parents who have tons of questions. Their office is also very nice and there is a separate waiting area for infants. I have never waited more than 5min in the waiting room whether it was for a sick or well visit. read more

The staff at Blue Giraffe is wonderful. They made me feel comfortable with having my infant daughter attend. They were able to be flexible with my schedule and allow my daughter to attend part-time, which many other daycares would not do. I used Tammy for day-of-coordination for my wedding in 2015. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience planning weddings. She helped me make sure I had every detail covered. For the 24hrs prior to my wedding and during the entire wedding she made it clear that her goal was to let me and my husband enjoy the day and have no worries. She even made an announcement at our rehearsal that she wanted our family and friends to go to her with any issues and protect us from knowing anything outside of our day being perfect. She made all the final calls, got the money to the different vendors, and made a schedule that she handed out to everyone involved.
