Their customer service, especially after installation, was top notch!
We only had a issue with my meter with LIPA. There was some miscommunication with how that worked. As soon as I mentioned an issue, they were on it. The converter box has a plug so when we have sun we can keep our fridge and a fan running. That is a very nice bonus feature. read more
