Hailey was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I got married at Beaulieu Garden in Rutherford, CA on September 3, 2017. I have a lot of experience planning events so we opted for one of Hailey's lower end packages. While most who offer this type of service are considered "day of" planners, Hailey and I got to check in once a month throughout the planning process, which was a huge help. Our check ins made it so Hailey knew what was going on several months out and could keep my planning on track. It was wonderful to be able to bounce ideas off someone who is extremely detail oriented, creative and has amazing style and taste. On the wedding day Hailey was so sweet and thoughtful and was right by my side to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her staff was equally professional, kind and attentive. I would recommend Hailey and her team to any bride!

Hailey & her team are a DREAM to work with. After hiring Hailey for her month-of planning service, we had monthly calls for over a year which helped me stay on track and helped inform me of all sorts of details that would make our wedding guests feel comfortable and have a great time. During the week of our wedding, Hailey constructed a very comprehensive timeline and sent it out to all of our other vendors, taking over communication with them at that point.

Most importantly, Hailey and her team made our wedding weekend unforgettable through their calm and detail-oriented nature. They so generously drove my father home late on Friday night so that he could stay for our talent show; they took it upon themselves to completely adorn our chuppah with gorgeous floral arrangements that they made themselves; they set the tables impeccably, and created a very thoughtful welcome table. They drove us to our photo shoots so that my dress wouldn't get dusty; they compiled our appetizers on both nights of the wedding; and (if you can't already tell) they just went above and beyond in every aspect of their roles.
At the end of our wedding, the property manager of our venue and all of other vendors remarked how wonderful it was to work with Hailey. She is not your typical wedding planner.
If you're considering hiring her - DO IT. She will make you feel like the guest of honor at your own wedding. -

Hailey did such an amazing job. I had NO clue what I was doing, but she made the process seem easy and everything went perfect. Even in the face of a potential hurricane on the day of my outdoor wedding, she made me feel like she had everything under control and the day went so smoothly (it ended up missing us by hours and there was no rain... yay). On the day of I enjoyed my wedding and didn't have to worry about anything. Hailey took care of every single detail. I cannot say enough good things about her. Don't look anywhere else.
