Pedro was fantastic with the service he provided. He communicated all of the possible solutions and potential hurdles and navigated the tricky outlet installation with ease and class. There were no hidden costs or fees and I paid exactly what Pedro quoted, minus the $40 dollars with the yelp deal. Make sure to ask for Pedro!

I called about 7 or 8 different companies to try and schedule an appointment, but no one answered. Called Turn It On Electric and they scheduled me for an appointment right away. The electrician that arrived to my home was on-time, very professional and friendly. He identified the cause of my electrical problem within a few minutes of his investigation and had it repaired shortly after that. Overall, very satisfied!

I just had emergency and one of my rentals. I called TIO and they had someone on site within the hour. Before they dispatched, they warned me that I would be subject to emergency pricing. As it turns out, this emergency pricing was less than I would've expected for a normal electrician to come out on a pre-scheduled visit. They handled my issues professionally, and their pricing for the work done was more than fair, and their service was outstanding.

TiO was sent out as a contractor for a large ADT job at my home. Pedro Madril was the electrician that arrived - on time. This was exceptionally important as he was needed to work in tandem with ADT. Pedro's drywall cuts were surgical and I ended up needing to do zero repairs; which is extremely rare and appreciated. He also left each area he worked cleaner than before he started. Thank you for your professionalism.
