Wonderful setting to practice. Troy is very talented teacher with great deal of knowledge and experience. He is very careful with students so injury is not a concerned. The Mysore practice is very enjoyable.

I have been fortunate enough to have studied with very skilled and talented teachers around the world in both led and self practice styles. Although I was only passing through town for work and could enjoy 3 classes while here in 2010, Troy's was easily one of the best yoga experiences I have had in 16 years of practicing. What I took away from only three classes has informed my yoga practice since.

This the best yoga in Seattle. This the where all the other yoga teachers go when they are not working. Troy has a intuitive sense with each student and is especially good with injuries or working through a tough spot in your practice.

The best yoga studio experience I have experienced out of 10 studios. Troy really knows his stuff. Approachable, down to earth, technically he gets top marks very knowledgeable. Strong emphasis on proper form which I love, while helping you get there from wherever you are at in your body. If people stay with his practice they become like "yoga ninjas".

Nothing gets better than Troy Lucero's yoga. He offers inspiring, challenging classes three mornings each week. I look forward to his Saturday morning class - it's the highlight of my week. And to judge from the number of dedicated practitioners in that class, it's the highlight of a lot of people's weeks. Troy also offers Mysore style independent study every weekday morning, starting at 6:30 (show up and get to work anytime before 11). I've been doing yoga since the 70's - yeah! And Troy is the best teacher I've found yet - YEAH!
