Melanie is a certified nutritionist, personal trainer, and yoga instructor. She has an extensive background in both science and kinesiology. Melanie holds a master's degree in math from SDSU and a BS in physics and education. Great little studio. I was on vacation and wanted to keep my body moving. They were very welcoming and friendly and I really enjoyed my three classes. They have experienced teachers with a modern, no-nonsense style and I found the classes pleasingly challenging. Oh and the teachers' playlists were pretty awesome too. Thank you Tripower!

AMAZING studio run by an woman who really embodies everything yoga is about, community, spituality, mindfulness and soul! The community she has created is what OB is all about! The instructors are top notch, the floor is comfortable and the space is intimate and cozy. Try it out!

Definitely need to try this out if you haven't. A great life experience. It stimulates your body, muscles and mind and gives you a warm fuzzy feeling in your soul. Cannot begin to describe how good Tri Power Yoga is and the teachers are amazing. Namaste

I love all the teachers at TriPower!! I attended a lot of the Recovery Yoga classes and they were exactly what I needed (I am not very flexible:) Also, Cardi-Yoga was so much fun!! Melanie is great over there and runs a good shop. Highly recommend this place ❤️
