  A to Z Tremendous Maids was an excellent choice. They were recommended by a fellow contractor. He uses them for post construction cleanup and trash removal. I called 9 am Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Tuesday 7 am preferably. Customer service was prompt. The young lady Sheisy asked all the right questions.
  
  + Sheisy acknowledged the urgency of my request and promised to call me back with a plan. Within an hour Ms Tremendous Maid was back to me with a schedule. Three Tremendous Maids for the next morning at 7am. They arrived all equipment and throughly cleaned out a basement that not been cleaned in 45 Year’s. They were Tremendous.

  I have been using Tremendous Maid's services regularly for 6 months and have LOVED it. They do an excellent job keeping our 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo clean and free of dog hair. We have 2 dogs and my mother and some friends of mine are highly allergic to pet hair so it is important to us that the pet hair be kept after and Tremendous Maid does an absolutely fantastic job with this. I am always excited to get home after work on days when I know they have been at the condo to clean.
  
  I have found the maids to be incredibly good at their work, punctual, and trustworthy. The prices for services are also very reasonable. The communication with the main office via telephone and email is also very reliable and friendly.
  
  I would highly recommend Tremendous Maid for cleaning services!

  Originally, I hired Tremendous Maid to do a move-in cleaning and there was a misunderstanding in what I wanted done. I left the experience frustrated because I did not receive the service I wanted and I paid a high cost. I work long hours so I didn't get around to making a review for a couple of months, and then I posted here on Yelp about my experience. I almost immediately received a call and an e-mail from Victoria at Tremendous Maid. Victoria had clearly read my review thoughtfully and she responded to each of my concerns. Additionally, she identified how Tremendous Maid could work to avoid such misunderstandings in the future and shared this strategy with me. I was extremely impressed by this response. I had Tremendous Maid come back to do a follow-up cleaning and address my areas of concern, and they did an incredible job. My apartment looks incredible, just in time for the holidays. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone - there is always the possibility for miscommunications that lead to disappointment in any service, but this company clearly really cares about its clients and its reputation for excellence. Further, they did a great job making my place look great.

  Tremendous Maid(s) you rock! (3 of them showed up at my door!) My house is a small mansard colonial but I was surprised they would send so many people! They were on time and so VERY clean! I am a bit of a type A and having been busy with work and recent travel I had not had the time to clean my house as I would have liked. It is completely out of character for me to call cleaners but I am so happy I did. I had stopped by the house for about 10 mins when the ladies were in full swing and it was obvious each was on a mission! A cleaning mission that is! The smell of clean as I walked in the house was so refreshing! They vacuumed underneath my modular couch! Who does that? They dusted in places I did not know existed! They cleaned my baseboards! Left my toilet paper folded with a little triangle as if I was at a hotel. Its bananas what those ladies were able to accomplish in just two hours. As for the negative, they rearranged my pillows on the couch. I could see why they would think their arrangement would be nicer but...rearranged them back I did. Definitely not something I can afford every month as a single lady but will definitely shoot for every three! If you can afford it do it! Its worth the piece of mind. These people are professional and efficient.
  
  And my dog Cosita did not hate them so they are not half bad!

  Tremendous Maid is great! They do an extremely thorough job cleaning and have wonderful customer service. It is clear that they truly care about the customer and want to do everything they can to ensure that you are satisfied.
  
  While some of their maids do not speak fluent English, many are working on it and the company goes beyond just providing a great cleaning service to truly taking care of and creating opportunities for their employees- which is definitely worth supporting. Highly recommended!
