  I will start by saying I chose this company because they had good reviews and was competitive with other quotes I had.
  I did have an issue come up with the sales rep Tyler. Wrong measurements or miscalculation was done. Angel who is in quality control or costumer service came out with Tyler to re measure and provide accurate drawings and plans. After the new plans were re written,
  Turns out I was under quoted approx 10grand. They spoke to the manager named Gus and decided for the company to eat that cost. I moved forward with the design and planned for work to begin next Monday. A few more hiccups happened when the work started...Tyler had given the work team the wrong set of plans and measurements. Angel returned with the lead crew guy to clarify exactly what was going to be done. Angel really is what saved the company, he had to pick up Tyler's faults. Angel was professional and knew what he was doing. Angel and Gus really made the project to exactly what I wanted and to make sure I was happy. Although there were a few issues, Angel and Gus made sure it was addressed right away and that I was happy. The work crew did a great job! I am happy with the final product.

  I just want to take some time out of my hectic schedule to talk about my great experience and my perceived value with ToughTurtle Turf. Turf is something I have been considering a while, doing my research and due diligence. ... Never been compelled to leave a review even though I should have written numerous poor reviews, but I cannot say enough great things about this company.

  We happened to have the owner come to our home for an estimate for Tough Turtle Turf. We liked him very much and he gave us a fair offer to install the grass. Our experience with the company was excellent. They came on time, four men worked very hard to remove the old grass and prepare the surface for the Turtle Turf. They were efficient and neat. The project was completed within two days. The quality and warranty for the product we selected is excellent. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.
