Ski Monster is really the only reliable place to get skis tuned in downtown Boston. They take great care of skis, are relatively quick, and are fun to chat with in the shop.

Great selection of products, awesome environment and excellent service. I went to purchase my first pair of ski boots and Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable. Despite being on crutches, we were able to try on various boots and figure out what worked best for my fit and style. Andrew was very patient and professional throughout. Can’t say enough good things about this store and it’s people!

The staff are so nice and so knowledgeable and they have a great selection of high quality gear. They spent a lot of time fitting my husband and I with the perfect ski boots and the process was a ton of fun. We will definitely be coming back for all of our future ski gear purchase. These guys seriously know what they are doing.

These guys are awesome. Never let me down; from purchases, to tuning, to shipping my equipment cross-country for me so I can shred Canada, they have always been there and been dependable.

Closest ski shop in the greater Boston area that sells and services Dynafit bindings. Got a good price on the Radical FT 2.0 bindings and they mounted them for free on a pair of skis I purchased online (store has a nice selection but I had a specific pair in mind). Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area.

It's as good as everyone says. I went there with a pair of ski boots I kind of regretted buying because it hurt to use them. They were very methodical and knowledgeable about ski boot fitting, and they suggested some very practical and reasonably priced changes. They were also very positive and not at all condescending. And, for what it's worth the store is spacious and there were multiple people waiting to help on a Friday afternoon at the start of ski season.

I've been to a good number of ski shops and seen a good number of people fit ski boots, and these guys may be the best - and their prices, for boot adjustments at least, are definitely on the low side (my bill came to 1/2 to 1/3 of what I was braced for). They also have a very well written blog. I definitely look forward to coming back! -

Cannot say enough good about this store - the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and have gone out of their way to help set me up for an incredible ski season. They know all of their equipment and stock a large selection, Including Line skis. They really care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with your purchases. I'm proud to ride skis with a Ski Monster sticker on them, can't think of a better business to support in the heart of Boston
