Classes are reasonably priced with monthly unlimited auto pay to drop-in's for as little as $5.00.
Community class on Sundays is pay $5.00 minimum and get a different experience most Sundays. Teachers rotate from within our studio and the Community. Donations are shared with a different charity each month. Read more

Great teachers, very knowledgeable and certified in various yoga styles. Clean, calm environment, very nice place to practice, 7 days a week.

I've gone to the yoga mat three times now and I have loved each time. It's a wonderful, clean, accepting and calming environment and a great place to learn the practice and be challenged. I particularly love the Monday 7pm class. The instructor is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. The Sunday 7pm hot yoga is also a great experience.

This place is fabulous. I was just passing through town on my cross country trip so can only speak to the one class I attended with Ed, but he was fantastic. A really well-rounded class in terms of moving me physically and spiritually. I am a yoga teacher myself and normally practice in big east coast cities and Ed blew those teachers out of the water. Easy parking, easy to find off the highway, and I love that there are no mirrors. Go!
