I can't say enough great things about Sylvie and Sara. They take such good care of my cat, Ezra, and are always there for me when I need them. Sara is like clockwork, she's always at my apartment around the same time every time and always takes extra time to play with my cat for a little while. The lines of communication are so great and they are always reachable. Very professional and thorough, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! A++++++++++

During those rare occasions that Sylvie is away from NYC she has a great team that allows the excellent service to continue flawlessly. Sylvie is absolutely wonderful. She is not only reliable and responsible, but she truly cares about my cat's well-being, even checking in to make sure I get home okay after a trip and am reunited with my little creature. The daily reports, photos, and videos go above and beyond my expectations.
