  I found a picture of a dress that I absolutely loved, and of course googled away to see where I could find Berta! Pleasantly surprised, I found that The Wedding Factor right here in the city carried the designer, and also had the dress in store to try! Coincidentally, the week of my appointment my husband's coworker highly recommended the shop, which just made me even more excited to go! From the minute we arrived, my mom and I could not have been more pleased! Kathy and Stacey made us feel like family! They were so helpful, knowledgeable, and professional through the whole process! They listened and truly helped me create my dream wedding dress! I also can not say enough about Brenda, who was the amazing seamstress! She truly has such a talent and made sure my dress fit absolutely perfect! Thank you Wedding Factor!!

  I could not have chosen a better place to have gone for my first wedding dress shopping experience. I can not say enough about Michele! She was absolutely AMAZING from the first moment we walked in! She turned everything I was asking for in a dress into real life. Beyond ecstatic with the choice I made and would recommend this location to everyone and anyone! Thank you so much again!

  It was the first wedding salon I ever visited and it was an amazing experience! The service is exemplary, and the choice of gowns is good. I was assisted by Iris, and she was just above and beyond any praise - so helpful, polite and not pushy. I did not buy any dress yet, but they put some of them onto my card. They also have a clearance section, and if you like any dress from it, you can get a significant discount.

  Cannot thank the wedding factor enough for having my dream dress. Thank you for helping me with everything. My gown was unlike any other gown. People were coming up to me asking me where I got my gown, and they told me I went back to old school elegance. Thank you Kathy and Kisa! I would highly recommend this store. They have unique high end gowns you won't find anywhere else.

  This is a great shop-- such stunning gowns and my mom and I really enjoyed the staff here, who are very sweet and made sure we both had a great experience, not just me, which was very thoughtful. They are the best in the accessories game, too, with exquisite veils and headpieces. Don't forget to consider them for formalwear, either because they carry a line that has very Alexander McQueen-like style for all you red carpet/ fashion forward type gals out there. So worth a visit if you're in Philly.
