  I went to alot of different Bike shops to try out all sorts of makes and models. Hub Bicycle store was very attentive and answered any questions I had. I ended up buying my 2018 Giant Defy Advanced from them and couldn't be happier. Thank you very much.

  This is a low key shop that isn't as busy and bustling as the other guys. You get more personable and specialized service. They really take that extra time to make their customers happy.

  This bike shop is one of the best. We are lucky to have them in Webster Groves. I have purchased multiple bikes, equipment and bike repair services from them and always feel that they are going out of there way to make sure they are taking care of the customer. Novice to professional these guys/gals take the time to make sure you are informed to make the right purchase for your needs. I highly recommend them for your next bike purchase or service.

  Excellent service from Matt! Went in to get clip-less pedals for the 1st time. Matt was great in explaining the different options, replacing pedals on my bike, adding cleats to my shoes And putting my bike on the trainer so I could practice. Definitely recommend this place!0

  A big shout out to the Hub. I took in a wheel last week to be trued, and instead of making me wait a week or so Tom just did it then and there. He had just finished the team ride and hadn't even changed from his kit. Excellent service! Thanks again Hub!
