... That level of customer service (and empathy from their phone dispatcher) was one positive. The service technician showed up within the window of time they gave me and started in quickly. He fixed one issue, and found another that he initially thought was not reparable, but he kept digging and managed to locate a loose wire. That was the second huge relief. He also gave some advice on cleaning the unit to keep it going longer. So thank you to The Heating Specialists for their responsive and reassuring service at a tough time for them

We had an awesome experience with David and Morgan. My wife and I just moved back to Oregon from Arizona and the first day it got warm we knew we were going to need A/C. David did the site check and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with guiding us to pick the best unit for our house. Morgan and another gentleman came out for the install and were also very kind and courteous....super quick, efficient, and thorough as well. Over all it was a painless process dealing with the Heating Specialist. The only speed bumps we ran into was with our HOA, but that wasn't anything the Heating specialist could control. Thanks guys!

And I turned on the A/C with no problems. COLD AIR FREEDOM!!!!
This group overall was so great as a company and I can't say enough good things about them.
They keep all the paperwork for you in their offices (warrenty and servicing, etc. about your unit).
They also mentioned having a plan we could sign up for, for servicing our A/C unit and heat. We will be doing that before Fall!

... She scheduled an appointment and the next morning a technician named Otto arrived. He was truly a professional in appearance and attitude. I was impressed with his knowledge, his ability to locate the problem quickly, and his willingness to answer all my questions. He went out of his way to ensure that the job was done thoroughly without compounding costs.
