The Daily Rider

Bike Shop

As one of the owners of The Daily Rider, Loren is responsible for day to day operations of the shop. As he is also responsible for most of our one-star reviews, we try to limit his exposure to the public. He does, however, have a talent for finding people much friendlier and more personable than him to staff the shop. He is also writing this bio in the third person. Read more

I bought my fiancé a cruiser from this shop about a year ago. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Really cool accessories in this place too.

I stopped by to have my new home built bike checked-out. I was having some issues with the derailleur not properly lining up/shifting properly; the technician took a quick look and fine tuned my bike for no charge! I was very impressed by these guys and the way they ran their shop. Very easy to talk to, friendly service, and a well maintained shop.

Great experience! Not only did they get my wheel trued in no time flat, the employees were engaging and very knowledgeable of cycling in and out of the city. So glad I picked this shop. I thought moving to this city was going to limited my riding to just daily commutes, but the staff opened my eyes to all of the riding opportunities this city has to offer. I can't recommend this shop enough, and can't wait to stop in to shop and talk trails again.

I took my bike in with some brake issues yesterday and as usual, Jeremiah was super helpful! He helped me with a few other issues I had questions about and I will be bringing it in soon for a tune up! Thank you!!!

Will answered the phone at 7:15 pm. At 7:55, I was out of Daily Rider with a new inner tube on my (26", 2"). Total time and money expenditure: 40 m & 20 bucks- including my travel time to the shop from Cap Hill East.
