The Choice has evolved through the years as our clients drove our scope of services. The Washington Metropolitan Region has served as an anchor for our service area since our start, however, as technology has made our Globe smaller, our service area has expanded to include the Washington-Baltimore-Annapolis region for our technology and leadership placements.
The Choice’s scope of work has taken us to Saudi Arabia as well—a stellar example of referrals and client needs driving our business.
Our history has been rich in culture, people, history, and success. Our leadership team has remained true to our humble roots and sustained a focus on our valued associate that drives our quality and our client satisfaction. This may be historic but it is the basis of our future as well. Read more

They're professional, they follow up with you as positions come in and ultimately they deliver.
