A light hearted approach to the class provides an environment where everyone feels like they are a part of the family.     One of the BEST workouts I have ever had. I was really excited by the fact that Margot incorporated ballet techniques into a full body workout. I would highly recommend and I plan on going back very soon!

    This a really fun and challenging sweaty class, with lots of ballet moves incorporated throughout the workout that tone and sculpt your muscles. I don't make it to class as often as I'd like, but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the workout. I love it. It is an amazing class and you should for sure give it a try. I've only taken class with Margot (the owner) and David, both who are very friendly and fun, and do not disappoint. You will leave feeling amazing.

    I've gone to 3 classes and I'm in love. Hope I can make it a few times a week (live 30 minutes away) Routines are fun and kick your butt. Can't believe how out of shape I am but leave so happy. Instructors and awesome and encouraging. They also work out with you! Barre wasn't working for me, this does.

    Part of me doesn't want to leave a (truthful) glowing review only because I really like this studio and its instructors and want to hoard it and keep it low-key. They deserve the credit though. The classes are generally pretty small which means a lot of attention from the instructors and a very friendly and open attitude all around. Unlike many studios in Dallas, you dont pay any additional fees once you're there (all props are free and accesible) and there is even free water if you forget your bottle. The workout is ballet based so you learn as you go but is largely calisthenics and cardio, not anything overly technical, and varies within the same format each class (you improve). All classes will get your heart rate up but Margot will put together a routine that will challenge you. It's awesome - try it.

    I love this class! I was always looking for a fitness class that motivated me and I found it with Ballet Burn!! You get your cardio as well as your muscle toning with different ballet based excercises, and the music that Margot plays is great so the classes are always fun! I recommend this class to anyone who wants to get into shape while having fun!
