Both my husband and I have been consistently content loyal patients of Dr. Jodie West and her Texas Family Eyecare team for over 12 years. Dr. West has always been thorough and determined to fit us with the most perfect vision prescription as well as comfortable fit in both our glasses and contacts.

She even met me at her office on a holiday when her office was closed so that she could diagnose an eye infection I had from an allergic reaction to a contact lens cleaner I had used. It was such a relief to receive her help before it got worse.
She always maintains a very competent staff and beautifully outfitted office.

Staff - The staff is so friendly and easy to talk with. They explain your benefits to make sure you know how much things will cost both with glasses and with your exam. The optometrist was friendly and made sure all my concerns were addressed.
Picking out glasses - I hate trying to pick out glasses but the person narrowed my focus by asking me questions and by seeing what I was wearing she picked out some pairs for me to try on. She gave me advice and let me know what would happen to the look of the glasses when my lens was put in (I have a thick lens). I felt like I had my own personal stylist it was wonderful! … -

My first experience with Dr. West but not my first experience with glasses. Been seeing eye doctors for decades.
Original recommendation
The staff was both friendly and professional. Dr. West, and everyone involved, took time to understand my needs and lifestyle. Dr. West took the time to discuss all my needs and concerns without rushing me or dismissing my questions. She did a very thorough examination. Laid to rest some of my concerns about my eye health.
I cannot honestly remember having a better experience.
