Tech Suite is a company that I've been having a relationship with for about 6 months now. Not only have they completed the task that I needed, but they exceeded my expectations by helping my company grow as well. Very great individuals. They're reliable, and respond quickly. I have followed the development of similar products (automated diagnosis and repair) over the years, but this is the ONLY one that is finished, "polished", functional and expandable.
The price is right too. Going to experiment more with my free trial before purchasing(leasing)

Like with what your team already did, I hope that some others, equally skilled as yourselves, can build and share with us their own custom Presets and suggestions for additions- maybe you already have that somewhere on you site.
