  HIGHLY recommend Tech Genius!! A few months ago, I had the "black screen of death" multiple times, which I've thankfully learned now doesn't always mean your computer is a lost cause, but I called a few places and not only was Jamin pleasant and understanding, but he'd be able to fit me in quicker than the other places. (That's not to say they aren't busy, they are!) But he knew I was in a dire situation with it being my work laptop. He also recommended a process improvement which was affordable and saved me thinking I'd need to upgrade my laptop within the next year, and it's been a FANTASTIC improvement. ...

  I've been going to Tech Genius for 4 years now and I can never image having my computer and technology issues being addressed by anyone else. Also, friendly and professional service. Beyond knowledgeable about the industry. To further prove my complete satisfaction I've referred countless other customers. "You don't need a computer geek, you need a genius".

  Brought my desktop in on a Friday afternoon after a motherboard + CPU replacement job failed to POST. By Saturday the machine was up and running after they diagnosed a faulty power supply unit (due to massive dust accumulation -- "Desert Storm" they called it, haha). Price for the new PSU was competitive and labor charges were reasonable. Very prompt and friendly service. Highly recommend!

  All the technical issues I ever go in with are ALWAYS resolved. They provide the best options to cater to my need and sometimes find a better options than what I could come up with. They definitely love up to the name of, as there is no other place to get SUPERB TECH SERVICE other than Tech Genius. Just need them to open a location somewhere closer to West Cobb. :-)

  Over the past 3 years, I have brought in 2 laptops for 3 unrelated repairs. Jamin has been a tremendous help to me and the family+coworkers I have referred to him. He is always professional, his rates are fair, & he has a good turn around time. Plus, for an IT guy, he actually has people skills! His communication is clear and succinct, which is of great assistance to us laypersons.
  
  I will gladly continue to recommend Tech Genius for folks Intown repair needs!
