  ... Sam and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. After receiving so much value at no charge I didn't even bother shopping around for the repairs because I knew I had found the right place.
  
  I went back today to get the repairs done. They gave me a loaner for the day, did a great job on the car, and even washed it. I have high standards and today my expectations were exceeded. Thanks Sam, Charles, and the rest of the team.
  
  One more thing, all of the employees seem really happy to work there and truly dedicated to the company and to doing a great job. It makes the customer experience all the more enjoyable.

  ... Anyways, turned out to be just the battery. I felt uneasy as I was an hour away from home. However, Sam the guy I talked to put me at ease. Got me a top of the line battery for a good price which sure didn't hurt. Plus, they replaced the battery terminals free of charge and did a thorough inspection of the car where they found an oil leak. Showed me pictures where it had created a pool on the floor so it was bad and most likely saved me a huge headache down the road. They replaced the rubber seal on the oil filter. Just worn out from age. Again, they fixed it free of charge.
  
  So yeah, I most definitely recommend them.

  I chose Taylor Co because of their great communication, friendly service, and quality work. I've only had routine oil changes & maintenance on my CR-V, but all of their services come with a thorough inspection (not your Pep Boys "128 point inspection"). They even take photos and text you a report before going over any work that needs to be done. They are not pushy, are a reputable family business, have a comfortable waiting room, and provide a free courtesy car for longer waits.

  ... i explained my situation (the little information i understood and retained in my brain) and was told "bring it in and we will check it for free and we will let you know if it is even needed (transmission flushing)" so glad i listened to Sam who patiently explained to me that it was almost never heard of and most likely something that can be fixed if it was indeed a "leak" that the other mechanic told me was the "flush" needed..left the car saturday morning and they even gave me a ride home (thank you so much for that) a couple of hours later they sent me a text with a much appreciated report of my car's diagnosis and told me it was a very minor leak and they even put the air filter for free!! yes for free your heard right. ... we are all busy and having good customer service is so rare to find these days..i rarely write reviews but when i am very pleased with service i will find the time so i am glad to have found this busines..thank you!!!!

  I've never received better auto repair service. Before anything was done, Taylor Auto Service provided an clearly documented engine diagnostic assessment to guide the repair plan. Sam was extremely personable and professional. He made sure I was satisfied with the work they did and the price of the services. Great customer service. I highly recommend this place and will be bringing my other car for service.

  First time to this service center. Sam was nothing but honest and professional on all levels. Mechanic Mike went beyond of what was expected and my issue was repaired on time for the quoted cost. I was most impressed of their pin point evaluation on every aspect of my car that noted conditions as well as possible issues in the future.
  Next time my Acura needs service I will call them first and not shop around!
