I've been using Taxlink for the past 6 years or so and always receive prompt and courteous service. Elizabeth and Sharon are very helpful whenever I have questions and their attention to detail is excellent. Recently, Elizabeth assisted me with an I.R.S. notice and she refused to give up on the case until it was resolved even though it took quite some time for the I.R.S. to realize their error and close the case.

I usually do my own taxes but due to numerous changes last year, thought it would be good to get help this time round. A friend recommended Elizabeth Stock at Taxlink to me. She was booked solid but squeezed me in her busy schedule when I explained I needed her help due to the changes . She was very patient throughout the session, reviewed what I did and answered all my questions, said I was doing it right, and that I should save my money because I didn't need her help this time round but if I needed her help again, I could reach out! After that, even though I was more than willing to pay her the hourly rate for her tax advice, Elizabeth refused to charge me anything; saying it was just a 10 minute chat (the session was more than 10 minutes)! I can't believe such honest, nice and down-to-earth business people still exist in this time and age! I highly recommend her!

This is my fourth or fifth year as a customer, I believe. Elizabeth is always pleasant to work with, prompt, quick and thorough. She ensures that your return is accurate and that you receive all deductions for which you are entitled. She will go the extra mile to answer questions or research unique situations.

As for Taxlink the business, booking appointments has been easy every year (I do book them around November), they call the day before with a reminder, and they process paperwork quickly.

The people at Taxlink are very professional and stand by their work. We recently discovered a mistake in our 2007 and 2008 returns and Taxlink went above and beyond to help us get everything fixed with the IRS and resolve any penalties and fees. We have been to several tax preparation places before too and have never received the friendly and committed customer service like we did here. We highly recommend going here for tax preparation!
