  I used Tammy for day-of-coordination for my wedding in 2015. She has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience planning weddings. She helped me make sure I had every detail covered. For the 24hrs prior to my wedding and during the entire wedding she made it clear that her goal was to let me and my husband enjoy the day and have no worries. She even made an announcement at our rehearsal that she wanted our family and friends to go to her with any issues and protect us from knowing anything outside of our day being perfect. She made all the final calls, got the money to the different vendors, and made a schedule that she handed out to everyone involved. My husband was initially against having a wedding planner and after our big day he said that he cannot imagine not having Tammy throughout the day making sure every last detail was complete.

  Tammy is the absolute best! ... She knows all the best bakeries, florists, rental companies. Instead of us having to weed through 10 companies she would tell us the best 2-3 and we would choose from them. She would go with us to most appointments and she knows all the right questions to ask. The last month before the big day is so hectic, but she really helped keep me and my mother calm. Tammy deals with all the coordinating and all the paper work. I was able to just worry my husbands family coming in from out of town and our bridal party gifts. The day of we really didn't want to have to worry about anything. Tammy brought a few other helpers with her and they really took care of everything. My husband and I, and my family were able to just have a good time and celebrate. Highly recommend!

  We used Tammy to help us coordinate our small intimate wedding at Niagara Falls in October and she was amazing. This was a destination wedding for us so we could not have imagined everything coming off as smoothly as it did without her assistance. She made sure that all of the details were taken care of and we had to worry about nothing on our special day. She was very accommodating and had great suggestions for us since we were not familiar with the area. From the ceremony location (right in front of the falls), to the reception location, to the flowers and photographer, every suggestion that she had for us made our special day really feel special. And most importantly, not stressful!! We would highly recommend using her services!!

  Wow is all I can say! My husband and I were the videographers for a wedding coordinated by Heavenlee Weddings and have nothing but incredible things to say! She is so on top of communication and details leading up to the couples wedding day. She creates a flawless timeline, pays great attention to detail and makes sure everyone knows where and when things are happening at all times. She is so kind and truly cares about what she does and it shines through her extraordinary work!

  I can't imagine going through the wedding planning process without all of Tammy's help. … My groom and I never felt rushed or stressed because Tammy made certain we stayed ahead of the game. … Tammy and her assistant Sally were also god sends on the day of the wedding. She made sure not only me and my groom, but also our large bridal party had anything and everything we needed from Tylenol before the day to red bull to keep my groom wide awake for the reception. She kept me so calm and relaxed because I knew every detail was accounted for and she would handle any issues that came about, without worrying me. I can't thank Tammy enough for all of her help, guidance, and support throughout the entire wedding process and would recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with planning their own big day!!
