True to its name, and I've been a customer there for over two years, there's never any chemical smell to my clothing, nor is there any chemical smell in the facility itself. It seems like a complete family operation and those family members are absolutely delightful. They do a really good job and I intend to be a customer there for a long time.

Fantastic family-owned business with amazing customer service and quality results. I trusted my dry-cleaning needs with Swiss for the time that I lived in that area and I never once thought about taking my business elsewhere. Their location can be a little difficult to get to during traffic hours, but they do offer a pick-up/delivery service that I never had problems with. I highly recommend going with Swiss if you don't mind paying just a little extra for the quality and service that you will definitely take notice of in return.

For all SMU Students-- this is Mustang Laundry on steroids because they include free drop off and pick up! More than once I have missed my designated pickup/drop off time and Sophie, one of the employees, (who is so accommodating) will have the truck swing back by my place. They're so easy to call/text and very understanding of any situation that comes up!

First time using Swiss cleaners and it was a fantastic experience. I live in uptown so free pick up and delivery is a huge plus. I asked for a wash and dry for my 20 pounds of laundry as well as a dry clean for my button down. Very happy with the service and my clothes seemed cleaner than when I wash them myself! Swiss is quality and it is well worth the price.

This is probably one of the happiest yelp reviews I've ever written. One of my favorite and most expensive suits has an unfortunate run in with an uncapped purple ball point. The suit lost. There is enough ink everywhere that I thought it would be practically impossible to get the stains out. I found swiss the dry cleaner via yelp and based on the reviews figured it was worth a try. I'm happy to report that not only did they do a good job, they did an incredible almost magical job removing link from the exterior and then neutralizing what remained in the interior. The suits great and I think I might wear it tomorrow. Job well done
